Old school sight for you young'n riders

Just thought I'd share my 70s Boardwalk Sims 36" kicktail crusier that I scored and put together. Never thought I'd ever see one again. I'm stoked!

    Here's a local brand board from the beginning 80s...i found it in my mum's backyard shed lol....had no idea it still lived after all these years. Trucks pretty well rusted tight tho :p

      Yep, classic early 80s pig shape. An Oz board I've never seen. The bearings you can soak and free them up, but don't get rid of it! Put it on a shelf for when you're a doddering old guy (or gal).
      I'm going to have to take a pic of my skate quiver all together and post it. This Sims 36" is the second to last I've been looking for, and is a shelf stick that I'll never go ride. Too damn clean to roll concrete on! I've still got two others that need some tender care before I put them back together, but the collection is almost complete.

      Funny what old surfer/skater/boarder ends up collecting, or not. The house and shop are turning into a museum according to the local boarders & skaters that have come visiting.
